$174 Website Design Fee:

There is a one-time fee of $174 to set up and customize your website which includes a “home” page and a “thank you” page.

 
$25 Monthly Web Hosting and Maintenance Fee

The monthly hosting and maintenance fee includes unlimited email addresses, web mail access, email forwarding, standard web forms, web stats, audio, email support, and unlimted updates to the text on your “home” page and your “thank you” page. Just email us your text changes and updates, and our design team will take care of them for you.

Please Note: This monthly fee includes more than just hosting of your website. It includes the unlimited text changes and audio service as well as we mention above. If you choose not to pay the monthly fee, the website cost will be $299 instead. We will email you your website files, you will be responsible to add your own webforms, and the audio service will not be included).

 
Audio Service:

We will provide you with a phone number and instructions so you can call in to record an audio message audio for your website. You will also get a script to use.

 
Registering Your Domain Name:

If you do not already own a domain name (www.YourSiteName.com), you will need to register one. We are not a domain name registration service, but you can register your own domain name at www.godaddy.com.

 
Adding your own Pictures:

Your website fee includes up to 10 pictures with captions at no additional charge. You can have additional pictures on your website, but there is a one-time charge of $2 for each additional picture you send us after the first 10.

 
Lead Capture Form:

Capture your lead’s contact information with a lead capture form that is included with your website. The contact information provided by your leads can be sent to you via email or we can integrate your lead capture form to work with our lead management system or a third party lead management or back office system.

 
Timeframe:
Websites will be setup in the order in which the site information is submitted to us. The time frame for setting up your website depends on how many other websites are submitted at the same time, but you can expect your website to be up and running within 1-3 days.

 
Website Changes & Updates:

You can make changes to your website as often as you want to. In order to maintain our affordable pricing, all website changes be sent to us via email to info@thehomebusinesspeople.com.
